Processing

This page will give you an understanding on how I process all the submitted Web sites for evaluation:

Stage 1: The moment I received the applicant's e-mail, I will check if it has the necessary information and has answered all the questions given on the Application Form. If not, then, I must terminate that application.

Stage 2: If everything is ok with the Application (Stage 1), then, I will add the Web site's name and the date it was submitted on the Status page.

Stage 3: I will do my first visit to the Web site and will check if it contains and/or has links to external sites with "Disqualifying Points". After that, it will be marked under "1st Visit". If there are disqualifying points found, then, I must terminate that application.

Stage 4: On my second visit, I will evaluate that Web site under the Criteria which was in effect when it was initially submitted. This visit might take up to 5 to 12 days. During this period, it will be marked under "2nd Visit".

Stage 5: When I'm done, the winning Web site will be marked a third time. For those sites who did not met the Criteria, they will be removed from the Status page. These Web sites may be submitted again for evaluation after 60 days. * Stages 1 ~ 5 might take one (1) to two (2) weeks to be completed! *

Stage 6: I will notify the winner by sending an e-mail with the award attached to it. This e-mail contains the award in the way the winner has wanted.  Note* ONLY the winners will be notified by me.

Stage 7:  The winner will be removed from the Status Page und will be added on the Winner's List.
